I watch his face close off and wish I could jump from the plane. I do nothing but cause issues wherever I go….I went to Ellis for help and now he thinks his father betrayed him. They have been working on their relationship and here comes Laurel to screw it up. I didn’t even think about his dad yesterday when I decided to come clean. As soon as he asked about the court, I knew I was doomed. The peace I felt after talking to him last night vanished into thin air. The last thing I want to do is hurt him in any way.
