“No way… this couldn’t be… right?” Mhir said and forced a smile as she looked at Leui. But, when she saw that Leui’s expression was serious, her heart sank in disappointment.
“So, humans are really sinners…” Gie muttered and sighed as he held his head that started to ache. He can’t accept the fact that the magicians, the ancestors of the human race, ‘enlightened’ the other races to start a war. And not just one, but many wars, and then there is the final Great War!
Leui fell silent. He also can’t help but feel ashamed. When he first read this, he was as shocked as Mhir and then had the same thought as Gie. His initial thought was to not tell them about this shameful history. But, he knew better. They have the right to know. They have to know.
