Jackson and coral were sitting in Jackson 's office in New York while discussing creating a company that can be run back at home. Coral 's lab is complete so she can work anywhere. They have been here for a month and are due to return back in a week permanently this time. Jackson decided to sell this company so he can have a fresh start. He wants to put all focus on his wife during this difficult time of her pregnancy.
This isn't the only company he has, it's just that this one takes up too much of his time and he is not okay with that. The reason why they have been here this long is because the buyer took too long to review the contract which was intentional.
