Carter’s POV
I have been nervous all morning, and couldn't shake off the feeling that something bad was going to happen today. I had promised Raven yesterday, but even if I hadn't, after Raven’s true mate's actions, I was going today to make totally sure that everything went smoothly at Silver Blade today. We were even riding as a family in the SUV. A warrior was driving, dad was up front, Mom and I were in the middle, and Austin and Raven we in the back row. It made me a little jealous of how tight they already were. Austin is really sensitive to others, and their feelings, almost like an empath.
