Slowly but surely, things started to fall into place.
Beta George had found a way to have my father's accounts unlocked, and most of the new equipment, furniture, and building materials had arrived in the last few days.
Things were already looking much better.
I had a meeting with the old ranks, and it was decided that they would take the young adults, and do the necessary training and we would have a little contest to see who was the strongest, who was politically smart, and who could solve difficult problems and situations...
In the meantime, Beta George had introduced me as the Luna of the pack, which went quite well...
The pack members' spirits were lifted, and I could already see a change in everyone's behavior... which was a good thing...
