The past few weeks with Emileen here at the penthouse have been amazing, but the fact of the matter is I need to get back to work. The Territory is in jeopardy every day that I am there running patrols and monitoring the border. There is also the possibility that FMP’s destruction has been reported to the European Vampire Council and they will be sending people to retaliate against us. This has been heaven, and Emileen has gotten so much stronger, but I can not stay any longer. I need to return and get back to work. It has been almost three months since I was last there. I need to talk to Emileen.
I walk out of one of the guest rooms that I have been using as an office and find Emileen sitting in the front room reading a book in the sun. She is so gorgeous.
