After Levi and Kai left, Sara left the bathroom and went into her room. She locked the door behind her—in case Levi had a change of mind and decided to get rid of her.
"You'll get us killed at this rate," she grumbled to Edna as she changed into her pajamas. "Why did you have to do that when Kai was around?"
Edna sighed and replied, "It's full moon tonight, you know."
"And?"
"Normally, it's hard to hide s****l desire because of the mate bond. On a full moon night, it's nearly impossible. I'm sorry, I couldn't help it."
