He didn’t give me a chance to answer him anyway—with an argument or otherwise. Between the ardent way he was kissing me and the dizzying ways his hands caressed my skin, how could I? “You seemed tired last night,” he murmured against my lips. “I wasn’t.” “Patience is a virtue,” I quipped breathlessly. A hungry growl rumbled from deep inside his chest as he deftly unfastened my pants with his free hand. With the hand that was still fisted in my hair, he suddenly yanked my head back, giving him easy access to my neck. I gasped again, and clutched at his broad shoulders. He kissed hungrily
