Ari shrieked, her face pinching in agony at the mercy of Adrian’s teeth digging down into the crook of her neck. It took her a second to understand what was going on, that he was actually biting her, and another second to actually believe it! At first, she struggled to get free, pushing back against his hard chest, but his vice-grip hold kept her in place and all she could do was cry. When his teeth went in even deeper and blood began spilling down her neck and wet her blouse, her sobs intensified.
“Adrian! Stop!” she kept repeating, trying to get through to him, but he didn’t acknowledge her. Never had she thought he would intentionally hurt her. Never had she thought he would bite her. How could she have been so wrong?
