The temperature had taken another dip and the conifer-scented air nipped at Sarah’s nose and ears. She pulled her buff up over her nose and ears to ward off the cold as she tossed Sangye’s logic over in her mind. Obviously, the story of Ahab had resonated with Frank at some point in the past. She wondered if he had identified with the tormented captain of the Pequod, and if he still did. If so, that would explain a lot of what she was sensing in him.
