In which Page becomes a bully.

“What do you mean you didn’t complete it?”
The other four people in our group were focused on me. I didn’t hesitate to let her know she was being an asshole. She waltzed into the coffee shop, not even bothered or at least looking guilty. This woman just looked like she didn’t do anything wrong. Things would have been fine if this was individual grading—but no. This s**t is for our whole output.
“I have other priorities—”
“We all have other priorities.” I gritted my teeth, pointing at the copies placed on the table. “Everyone in this group is. And you’re telling me that our grades could flunk because you think you’re better than anyone else?”
“You’re being too much!”
Even now, her friends were backing her up.
