Chapter 3Todd swiveled his horse around and headed to the end of the wagon train. The man driving the last wagon, one belonging to Todd and Nick, was a burly guy Todd judged to be in his early fifties. He said he was a farmer. What Todd liked best about him was his no-nonsense, don’t-give-him-crap sort of attitude. Kells sat on the bench seat beside him, staring at the woods.
