Elijah POV
This is very unexpected. I didn’t know what to do, and he was walking towards my car. “Michael!?..” Judith said, half whispering. She kept on asking me to talk to Elijah.
“Judith?..” Elijah asked from outside the car. s**t. He’s getting even closer. I got lucky the side window is more tinted. I quickly turned on the engine and drove away. Judith was thrown from her seat because she was not putting on her seatbelt. “Are you crazy? You nearly killed me!?” Judith said as I finally pulled the car in front of my place. This is the best place to hide right now. For what I know, Elijah could be following us, and I had to be extra careful.
I blew out a breath and unfastened my seatbelt. “Get out,” I said curtly and got off the car before her. I could hear her small footsteps follow
