Star’s POV

I loved watching Lorraine interacted with her son I know it’s hard on her I hope that they will be able to bond even more over the next few weeks I was ready to head to the airport my flight for LAX was leaving at 8 am I was surprising Eli and getting there earlier then I told him I have his address and I have rental car waiting on me so I will be so happy to be in my man’s arms for the next few weeks I have missed and this will be the best Christmas ever. I walked into Lorraine’s room her, and Bray were cuddling I snapped a picture because it was so cute, and I kissed her on the forehead and place the envelope on her nightstand with a note in it I left her 10,000.00 to spend however she wanted while she was there, I told her in my letter to make sure that my godson had a great Christmas.

I would see them after the new year and I will call her as soon as I got to California I walked into the kitchen where Ricky was waiting for me with my cup of coffee I handing him an enveloped as well and told him to give everyone a wonderful Christmas and to please let me know what the doctor says at Amelia’s appointment and that I will see them after the New Years and I hugged him and told him to watch out for his sister she has been through a lot and needed nothing but love and support and if they needed to call . I took the cup of coffee since he had it in a disposable cup and made my way to my car, he helped load my suitcase and I got in the car and drove to the airport I got to the airport with about an hour before taking I went the security and went to board, I got to my first class seat and I texted my baby and told him I am excited and can wait to see him tonight. I turned off my phone and waited for take-off my first layover was in Chicago when I got there, I had to switch planes my layover was only 30 mins thank God that they flights were in the same area I deboarded the first plane and walked 3 gates over and boarded the next flight and we took off the next flight was about 3 hours as well we landed in Las Vegas.

I was amazing to see I wanted to make plans on coming here on my way back home,  This time I had about an hour in-between I had been in the air for 5 hours already all together it was 1pm back home it was 11 am here and 10 am in LA so I knew that Eli should at least be starting to get up for training or work I forgot it was Sunday and I know he usually spends Sundays watching TV and since its football season he probably doing that I turned on my phone and seen I had a text message from him and it said I can’t wait either what time my flight was landing and if I needed him to come get me I texted him back and said that my flight was due to land at 6:15 this evening his time and I did not need him to come get me I rented a car and the map says its only 30 minutes from the airport to his house so I told him I should be there no later than 7:30 I love him and see him soon. He texted back and said OK my love sees you soon I love you more, I was so happy that I found someone that would make me happy instead of sad. I turned off my phone and we were ready to take off we left Las Vegas at 11:15 and the flight was only 24 minutes we landed at LAX at 10:34 am we deboarded the plane I made my way to the express pickup for my car I got there picked up my car keys walked to baggage claim grabbed my suitcase and walked to my car.

I started driving I loved the way this place was the highway wasn’t busy like I have always been told It would be but it’s because it was a Sunday morning. I got to the location where Eli’s house was there was a cute little bakery around the corner I drove to the drive through and orders us each a coffee and some breakfast food and I parked the car on in the spot right in front of his house I walked to the door and I  knocked and I was fumbling the with the food in my hand when he opened that door and he I looked up and He was in shock he kissed me and took the coffee out of my hand and asked me what I was going at his house like 8 hours early I told he I wanted to surprise him I couldn’t go a minute longer without.  

Eli’s POV

So my baby girl was due to come in tonight I had this amazing evening planned for when she got her dinner and movie and so us time I plan on proposing to her while she is here I can’t live without her and I know that she has been dealing with a lot and I think that maybe if we would spend a few years here both of us get our degrees and start our family and then we could move back to Charleston I know she said her mom wasn’t doing and that her and her only brother left will decided after the holidays on what is going to happen to her, So am going to spoil my baby this year and show her a good time Jaden called me yesterday he said that he spoke to Lorraine and she is spending the holidays with her brother and his family up north she didn’t tell him exact where he then told me that he was going to spend them with her but he will take an extra job on since she is doing family time and it sounded like she needed. I was finishing up some cleaning when I heard a knock at the door wonder who it could be this early in the morning I go to open it up and I look at my short beautiful girlfriend fumbling with coffee cups and breakfast I take them from her kiss her and tell her to come in I walked into the kitchen to place the food down and the cups she follows when I get into the kitchen and put everything down I run back to my baby and start kissing.
