Alex’s POV I open my eyes to a dark cloud that was not visible before all this, covering the atmosphere of Novena. The wind is like an ocean breeze strong as it sways the thick trees like a tsunami bending the trees to a breaking point. Unexpected Rain takes over, it rains cats and dogs, drenching the whole Island. The wind and the rain and the cold travel through my body. By the seconds, the whole place looks like it has been hit by a typhoon. We have lost the fight. The one-man army we overlooked has won. He has a weapon in his hand that we cannot fight. I have done my best and the warriors have done their best, but we need to forfeit. There is nothing more we can do. I push the chaos of the people around under. And close my eyes to bury the noise and pain deep into my brain.
