My eyes travel searching for Alex.
I see through what he wants to do. I want to plead with him to stop, whatever he thinks he can do will not help, his emotions are driving him off and will get him killed too, but I have no voice.
I try mind link. ‘Alex please stop…! He is stronger; we must think of a retreat plan. Push him out of our pack perimeter.’ He does not respond and growls with pain and anger at the culprit, throwing all his body weight in the air up to him.
But he dodges making Alex fall to the ground with a bang.
