THALIA'S POV. I heard him curse under his breath as I landed on the floor, coughing violently, my eyes tearing up as I tried to get air back into my lungs. I felt my vision go blank for a moment. My head was banging hard, and my ears were ringing so loud it almost felt like I had a bell hanging inside my head. I brought my hand to touch my head, and my fingers came back dripping with blood, letting me know that I've sustained a major injury from what I just did, but it was fine. As long as I got him as good as I assume I did, I would happily suffer through the injury.
