Chapter 5: Was that A Dream?

Zella's POV

As if he had read my mind, he wrapped his arm around my waist and took my lips in his and placed his other hand on my bare back. I groaned under my breath but it was inaudible as anything while our tongues played tag.

The kiss deepened and my body became so hot that I feared I might explode. I've never felt this way before and I didn't even know what this feeling was, but I never wanted it to end.

Kol tightened his grip around my waist and pulled me even closer to himself. I didn't know how to do anything in return, so I sat on his lap like a log of wood.

I slowly followed the rhythm of his body and soon enough our bodies became in sync and the tension that was once between us suddenly melted. All my anger, and my resolution to leave faded away, and the only thing that mattered most to me now was to remain in his arms.

While our kiss intensified even more, he held my bare back and gently loosened the ropes that held my dress together. On any other day, I would have protested. But I didn't. I was completely soaked in my thirst for him that I didn't know how to think for myself anymore.

He was finally on the last thread and my dress fell down my chest, stopping at my waist and showing off my perfectly structured breasts.

Our lips detached and he looked up at me while I looked away shyly. Just when I thought I'd gotten all of it, he fondled with my breasts and lifted me from his legs to carry me on to his bed.

My brain heated up and the smoothness of his hands on my body made it even more difficult for me to be normal.

"Kol...." I moaned softly and he pulled the rest of my dress down, leaving me with just a string of my underwear. His hands slipped between my thighs and I threw my head back on the pillow.

I grabbed a handful of his hair and tugged gently at it as his fingers increased between my thighs and all the tears I had been holding in came out the wrong eye.

"You're soaked.." he whispered in my ears and I opened my eyes slowly. There was so much hunger in his eyes and I could see his wolf begging to be set free but he was still holding in and I knew why.

"What do you want Zella?" He asked, and I arched my back as he stroked me even faster.

"All of you..." I manged to say even though my words were barely audible. I heard him chuckle and I shut my eyes as he took his clothes off and the first thing I saw when I opened them was his length.

I gasped unintentionally and he smiled with so much pride in himself.

"This might hurt for a split second.." he said to me and I felt the entirety of him inside me. I shrieked at first but what followed next was a cry of pleasure.

He started off slow and then he thrust deeper and faster. I didn't realize before now that there was so much pleasure to be derived from pain.

We both reached our peaks and I let out a heavy sigh as he dropped beside me.

In no time, I drifted away to sleep and for the first time in all my life, I had no trouble falling asleep.

"Zella..." an unfamiliar voice called and I turned to see who it was. Her face was unclear but I could feel the power she emitted. I couldn't keep my eyes focused on her so I shielded my eyes with my hands.

"Who are you?" I asked and moved closer to her.

"Selene...." she said and my jaws dropped. I crouched to the floor and covered my face with my sweaty palms.

"To what do I owe this vist from the goddess?" I asked and the wind brushed harshly against my skin.

"I have a message for you dear child. You have to be even more careful than you already are because you are my last descendant on earth.

The witch you seek to kill is more powerful than you know. She orchestrated the m******e of your pack. She's responsible for cursing Kol and her next mission is to help Void get back on earth. That's the reason she had you locked up for all those years.

She knew Kol would find his mate and that would mean him rescuing you from her, so she cursed him and created an invisible force between you both such that you won't be drawn to each other ever again.

What she didn't know, is that you're even more powerful than she herself could fathom.. now relay this to your partner, Void will come back to claim what he thinks belongs to him. You have to find her before she succeeds in her quest to bring Void back to this world," she said, and before I said anything in response, she was nowhere to be seen.

The sun slapped my face and the ear biting noise from outside disrupted my sleep. This was the first time I had a comfortable sleep in a long time and I groaned in annoyance as I rolled over on the bed.

My curtains had already been opened which meant one of the maids had already been in here but didn't bother to wake me up.

"I would have skinned her alive if she did anyways," I muttered as I got down, but I was dressed in only my robe.

"Where are my clothes?" I asked, and then I finally remembered where my clothes were.

My face turned red as I recalled everything that happened last night but what I didn't understand was why I was back in my room and not in his.

But that wasn't the only thing I recalled. Everything came flooding back as I remembered my encounter with the moon goddess.

"Was that a dream or did I actually meet her?"
