I was still reeling from the fact that the members of the council had thrown such ridiculous suggestions at me.
I was trying to keep my anger in check, but it wasn't working. I stood up, and angrily left. I felt Ronan walking quickly behind me to reach me, then I spun around quickly, causing him to almost collide with me.
"Your Highness, you need to be calm…"
I scoffed while facing him. It was probably the look on my face or the way I flung my arms wildly. It appeared he wanted to say something but stopped short as soon as his eyes met mine.
