I didn't want Lilith to know Ken had been in the hospital for the past two days we had been discussing about her. But it was too late. Whenever I had a chance, I wanted to tell her what Jess had said over the phone.
It was the day after we met Leela aunty.
She seemed first of all ecstatic over the phone, making me a bit happy.
But then her voice died.
Some ambulance sirens and the next thing I know she was wailing for help.
