"Kevin passed away"
I couldn't believe my ears.
The noise just clapped silence into my head and it felt like spinning.
"Wait what?"
Lion seemed downcast and hurt. His eyes were shutting down.
"Some say it was suicide. He was found in the bathroom, choked."
I saw the crowd embracing the gate. There was no way I was going in there.
Ambulances and fire engines played their sirens. The smell of death hung in the air.
I wanted to puke.
"The forensics are here"
I didn't want to go to college today. Something had been pulling me back, like something surrounding Ash or the way we had talked the last day. But I decided not to overthink that and go.
And here I was.
"When? What? How?!"
Lion shook his head, "They will give the postmortem soon. Class isn't there today."
I held my breath
