Lea’s question shook me to the core. Had I given my girlfriend the impression that I was so attracted to Aria? s**t! That was foolish of me. I swore inwardly and hugged Lea tightly, kissing her forehead.
“Baby, why do you say that? Why would I be attracted to her?” I kept a calm tone, hiding the guilty feeling of betrayal that arose in my heart. How could I do that to Lea and upset her for no reason? Why couldn’t I control my thoughts where Aria was concerned?
