The first meeting shouldn't be overwhelming. It should be calming and relaxing. Everyone should be able to be at a confort level when the talk with each other. And hence I had chosen these colors.
A small tree without leaves, to be kept on each table with series of lights hung on it, and at least 5 chairs around the table. I have asked them to remove the big table since it wasn't a meeting and they should be able to talk in small groups.
There were even one on one booth in which they could sit and talk for sometime. They were located at the corners of the room. There were also tables for one on one conversation, kept around the hall.
We have to hang now the chandelier and the candle lights, along with stars and moon and clouds from the ceiling, then change the light to blue, matching
