Act 9 : A Door to Heaven

Once their gigantic personnel entered the fray, Gads Gilmore immediately sniffled around the perimeter for a car to drive onwards. They spend an entire hour for searching from one place to another. A manual-transmission automobile were rarely found in the wild these days. It needed a refuel once depleted, adding deeper grief under the pocket in expense of higher mobility. Their automated engine system could garner electricity by the foil within its tires in almost infinite hours of usage. No actual need for a person to replenish any form of liquid into the tank once in a while because of instantaneous mechanism done under the hood. “Do we have to look for them on the second place you recommend, Gads? I’ve found nothing at the northern side.” John Straverman digs the mountain of rubble using an idle crane nearby. It requires no technical expertise for operating such technology anymore due to its automated claw instrument across the tip. Straight after an object clung within its gaping mouth, the robot-assisted pilot mechanism will take over the duty and dealing with recurring process on its own. The engineer should only involved in choosing the landing site and drawing the initial operation firsthand. After that, the machine instructed themselves according to the input taken and moving robotically in subsequent manner. “This is fun. I’ve never thought a field worker would have this much entertainment on their job.” Commented the man on his way drawing another line of work upon the screen,”Babe, you want to try?” Elisa shook her head hard against the offer,”No way. It’s your game, not mine.” replied the blonde-haired woman without any hesitation imprinted over her face. Yet, her maternal instinct kicks within the course of her man’s trial. Elisa applied either hands across each side before her forthcoming shout. “Watch out for the exploding object, honey!” She bellowed,” Be careful!” In a slightly-perturbed look, John Straverman replied,“Yeah, yeah, don’t mention it.” Gads Gilmore, on the other hand, was reading over the documents stored within the control room. He loomed ahead of the curly-haired woman’s position and probing the pocket of the guards soon after. No sort of keys hidden within their purse in whatsoever form. So far, all the bearded man could presume is their identity and information regarding sentinel-like occupation they have had. “Must be a secret here. Why would they kept them shut otherwise?” The bearded man pouted. Against his impending curiosity, his sister yawned a little and placed both arms upon the waist,” I don’t really know that. It’s your duty to analyse it, not mine.” replied the curly-haired woman in mild disturbance over the query. “I have my faith in that and it will never be gone away.” The bearded man continues his investigation in profound manner. For him, It will be unreasonable for the guards’ existence if something deep in the dark was never entangled within. Gads Gilmore held such belief ever since they witnessed ten armed personnel going back and forth inside steel-reinforced enclosure. In his mind, nobody would consider a night-shift for merely nothing to protect in some ways. Looking upon the blood-stained operator control desk, inspiration stings the bearded man like a venomous hornet. He goes a little ecstatic and overflowing himself with confidence, “Oh, why don’t we try all button on the control room panel?” He almost screamed out of the lungs. “Yeah, why not? I’ll do it for you.” Shanice reluctantly thumping each button for an answer they seek. She started with one of them across the left. Red in flavor, the curly-haired woman felt interested towards its highly-contrasted color that the button has shown before their face,”What would it be? Please, make it interesting or else.” Said Shanice towards the button to intimidate. Of course, a lifeless device would speak no less than its own programmed function, so the siblings waited for its following response afterwards. ~beep-beep~ ‘Where do you wish to deploy, young master?’ A bold-toned voice emerged from the depth of shadows. Gads Gilmore goes slightly dumbfounded against such vague commandment. He tied the knot over various junkyard appliances they could locate on the other side of the glass-pane window. The crane was performed under supervision of its operator, so there would be no way for the button to pan down an override command without consent of the driver somehow. After that, the bearded man realised of such unclear instructions to hover across the conveyer belt who were ruled the entire junkyard area at the moment. At least more than hundred of them were slithering around the territory and kept steady transfer for resources throughout the block. He puts a second look towards the white-tinted linen and perceiving its contour from afar,” What about-“ Gads Gilmore paused his muttering topic before a wooden box whose sets were transported from the bottom side of a silo. He can think of nothing against its emergence nor being inquisitive about their function at the most. Performance-wise, the bearded man also knows lesser knowledge regarding its container’s utility within the junkyard area,” It should be no form of silo in this kind of place, am I correct?” mumbled the man in front of his confused sister. Shanice vows no reply to his idea, however, placing her own vision before the moving platform in mindless guise. ‘Please, tell me your wishes , young master. I can’t do my job without consent from your side.’ Back again, the automated system requested another question towards the siblings once more. Gads and Shanice shook themselve against each other,” Guess I’ll better try. You’ve killed too much people already.” Volunteered the bearded man before Shanice could ever laid her own opinion up front. In the face of his statement, Shanice gritted her teeth whilst fitting a nod before his decision afterwards,”Please, be my guest and do it. I’ll press another button once you’ve cleared up this one.” Gads Gilmore approached a full map projection of the site. It has six different territory for deployment of the packages on conveyer belt, which were stopping at the foremost of its long-line haul. Northern area is filled with more than a dozen meters mound of waste and several craters besides it. Based on the manual advised upon the wall, those craters were designated for piling up the trash and mold them up into a pool of decomposition-mixture, which were added in prior to the mounds that goes poured down within. Other than that, both western and eastern side exhibited similar identity to the northern area of the junkyard. Their control room and the main office are located at the southern area. A petty residence to sleep by for the guards and decomposing crew alike, but still given sufficient space to crawl into without having to deal against putrid smell around the other side. “I’ll need assistance for the northern compost area, please.” Gads muttered. His eyebrows knitted upon the bountiful information that the map has outlined. But then, the bearded man has to resolve whether any of those available choices would become formidable for them to roll onwards, therefore his immediate answer in straight-forward manner. On the other hand, Shanice gazes onto the conveyer belt for a complete overview upon the scheme. She relished a definitive outcome for the knocking-out parade. Ten man got ripped out of their consciousness by an-almost potent slice over the nape. They were gone blacked out for awhile, most without visible repercussion on their body part somewhere. There are bruises across their skin after an intense brawl against Shanice along the way to the top. For the curly-haired woman, however, the murder tally should never be increased after such method deployed on her advance. ~zuuu~ Beginning to the end, more unfamiliar boxes were summoned and started to travel upon the track. Each of them falls into the pit and splashing its content upon the ground after being flattened by the force of gravity implied. A viscous goo, no doubt, for the bearded man has thought of such presence as mentioned earlier,”Go for the next button, champ.” Gads instructed. Shanice responded by selecting a blue-colored knob that is placed slightly below the red ones in terms of arrangement,”Could be a chain reaction. I’m excited.” Commented the leader as she pressed down another. Despite so, Shanice boasts bland emotion rather than elated enthusiasm she once claimed upon. ~boom~ The compound has finally been assembled. They are piled up to form a large pond of black sludge down beneath. The blue button has seemingly stated no actual reason, at the outset, until a large explosion occurred from the opposite side of the crater shortly after. “Kyaa!” Elisa closed both ears against such emerging power that appeared. It is loud and clear from their perspective due to their position across the waste mountain. A struggling vibration collides against John’s crane window with sheer force of might,”What’s happening!?” asked the black-haired man whilst gripping on the static handles on the wing-side of the front window. ~prang~ A flame-less detonation has created enough coercion to push the mountain sideways. It goes directly into the pool of black goo and gradually dissolved in a matter of seconds. Being the man behind the driver’s deck, John Straverman blinks in repeated fashion with both eyes widened before the pool of black mud ”That’s a plain waste of time.” Said him, disappointed upon the revolutionary scene up ahead,” Why’s doing this job when-“ Shanice Gilmore has pressed the third button and a green one amongst the group. Now, the compound mixture of trash in various kind were spiralling towards its center. A massive whirlpool has begun and drained the crater gradually by the flushing liquid and dispersing into a hole at the center. It takes a full three minutes for the automatic mechanism to consume them all in one shot. And as it goes fully empty from black compounds, two holes emerged alongside thick and studded circular-shaped trap door underneath.
