“Who are you and what did you do to Fico!?!”
My best friend s***h boss asked me when I told him about my plans to extend my leave of absence.
“Is that an approval, Rafa?”
I heard a muffled sound on the other line.
“But we’re meeting with the Gorospes next week. It’s a big project and you’ve been working really hard for it. Are you sure you want to pass it up?”
I smiled as I saw my pouting boyfriend walking towards the parking tailing behind his mother.
I chuckled inwardly.
“I’m sure.”
I said as I shook my head when I saw Arkin rolled his eyes at what his mother said.
“Alright. Some hell of a s*x I presumed!?!”
I smiled at my best friend’s question and met Arkin in the eyes as he walked towards where I was leaving his mother behind.
