The drive back to the ranch house was the worst for Amber because she couldn’t bare the pain that her sister would feel if she ever found out about Tate, she kept it to herself deciding that she was going to have to wait a while before she could say anything to her sister.
“Amber! What is wrong with you? You’ve been like this ever since we came from the coffee shop” her sister yelled at her, still the car Amber took her bag and quickly ran into the house, leaving her elder sister in the car.
Amber got into the house only to find Tate sitting on the couch watching TV and a smile appeared on his face when he saw her, Amber didn’t return the smile instead she walked over to the guest’s bed room without greeting him and she slammed the door behind her.
