The Alpha and His Cursed Princess

Chapter 30

Archie couldn't understand why he was feeling so uneasy, his mind constantly kept going back to Amelia and as if something was telling him that he should go and find her immediately.

He thought she was with Romano but he had already left although his pack was always protecting everyone around him and especially Brian he stood by his side all the time and so he expected Brain to be loyal to Amelia too and take care of her. But his wolf was constantly nagging him, it was as if he sensed that she was in danger and something was pulling by him towards her it wanted him to find her immediately.

Casper was getting restless and Archie was busy socializing with my long-lost friends.

He still couldn't understand the unwanted thoughts and feelings that he had towards Amelia, she's just a normal human being and somehow he did not trust him completely and yet he was always trying to kiss her but today when he saw her with Romano he was enraged with fury when she hugged him it was as if she was cheating on him and dating some other men behind his back. She was slowly consuming his body and mind. Impatience and annoyance began pumping through his veins as he realized bitterly that he couldn't do anything about his attraction towards Amelia and his wolf Casper wanted nothing but to be with Amelia.

Oh my God, why did I put myself into this mess? He wondered.

His hands clenched at his sides as his head throbbed with his new information buzzing within him a string of curses threatened to escape his mouth as the relentless within him only increased with each second that ticked by. Amelia was becoming a drug to him and it was dangerously unhealthy and one that threatened his Peace of Mind.

“Alpha, Amelia is in danger.” His beta was speaking to him through the mind link. And he was alert.

Fear engulfed him, swallowing him and his heart hammered loudly against his chest and he couldn't breathe and the pent-up emotions started attacking him at once after he received the message from Brian.

He excused himself from his friend and walked with rapid speed outside the villa.

He got into his wolf form and rushed towards the scent that lead him towards Amelia and as soon as he reached thee he was shocked at what he saw. There was a dangerous-looking black wolf with red eyes glaring at Amelia, while Amelia was moving in a backward direction trying to protect herself. How come a dangerous-looking wolf was around this side of the city because bad wolves were not allowed to enter that territory. And his beta would have alerted him if there was any kind of movement going out across the border. Apparently, Brian had informed him earlier and he had reached on time. He swung and flung himself forward and finally he was standing in between the wolf and Amelia.

He notice that Amelia was very scared but did not show it on her face Casper was growling inside him telling him to attack and kill the wolf but something told him that he should not take hasty decisions and act on impulse. So he waited and moved around glaring at the other wolf trying to make him surrender and run away but the wolf did not even budge and suddenly from somewhere three wolves came into the rescue and covered him, he did not have the time to look at them but realized that one was his beta Brian but he wasn't sure about the other wolves. After they four charged the black wolf he gave up and ran away.

And the other wolf also ran after it but Archie stayed back because he wanted to see how Amelia would react when he approached her in the form of a wolf not that she knew who he was.

Casper was being very naughtily and  forcefully made him  sit beside her and to his amazement Amelia came down and sat beside him and started stroking his fur lovingly that he was shocked. He thought that girl would be worried sick and would scream when he got near her but when he went near her just the opposite happened, in fact, she was smiling at him lovingly.

Are we really fated? He wondered and looked at her with awe, as humans always feared the wolves and try to chase them away but this girl got down and tried to play with his fur and comforted him.

Casper was enjoying the loving caresses he was getting from Amelia and did not want to move but it also aroused a different kind of feeling inside him and if he stayed there for a longer time he would have would lose his control.

Thankfully he was saved when someone started calling Amelia’s name and he was happy that somebody had come for her rescue and ran away from her but he knew that she was safe.
