As I landed near my throne surrounded by the clouds, something caught my attention.
My brothers were all lined up waiting for me.
Had something happened while I was gone?
All heads turned to me with concern as soon as I dropped onto the ground.
"What's going on?" I asked as I scanned each of their faces.
"A lot has happened while you were gone." Javan informed me. "The first one being, your daughter ending the alliance between herself and Daemon Loukas."
I paused, shock coursing through my veins.
Angelisa did what?
"That's not possible." I said more to myself that to him. "We don't go against our word and in order for her to do that, she must have had someone else from our family to take—."
"To take her place." My brother finished for me. "And she did."
