"Who are you?" The man at the gate's entrance asked as I stepped into the compound.
I eyed the man down with a fierce look reminding myself that he was a human and so obviously wouldn't know I was a mighty and fearless demon."I'm the new tenant." I told the human male, trying my hardest not to be too intimidating.
I hated every moment of this but I had no choice but to set it all up. When I finally revealed myself to Aella I'd have to look like I actually was a human. Memories of the way she'd held onto me the night of the incident invaded my mind, just like it's been doing since that day.
I couldn't get the f*****g feeling of having her arms wrapped around me out of my mind and it was irritating me.
There also remained the fact that she'd referred to me as angel.
