As soon as Aaron has left, Karan tells Twinkle in anger and pain "Can't you see how hard he has punched. It is f*****g hurting. I wanted to give him a punch but you f*****g held me back" saying so he hisses in pain as he suddenly felt a stabbing pain over there.
