After three hours of negotiation, the two parties reached a final agreement on the development of the land in the west of the city. Seles would provide development funding and oversee the construction, while the Burns family would provide the land and develop the surrounding facilities. Algernon was deeply impressed by Seles' business acumen and sharp wit.
"It's getting late. Would Miss Dimond honor me with a meal together?"
Seles glanced at Justin and replied with a formal smile, "Mr. Burns, you're a well-known big-shot CEO, a busy man, we dare not delay your time, but we appreciate your kindness."
