As soon as we entered campus again, Charlie let my hand go, gave me a sad look and a quick kiss on my cheek before he peered away, turned behind a corner and disappeared. The shock of seeing him disappear made me temporarily frozen to the ground. When I finally snapped out of it and ran after him, he was long gone. I felt tears start to flow down from my eyes as I leaned back against the brick wall, my head back, my eyes glancing up at the blue, blue sky. It looked like an ocean, like Charlie's eyes.
