Liam and Alpha Michael concocted an absolutely insane plot to attack our pack and capture our warriors. I knew Maddox was spiraling over the issue, but I worried this would be a little too far. Liam arrived that afternoon, wanting to observe the exercise with Maddox as it played out.
It was well after dinner when Alpha Michael and his team entered the pack territory. As we expected, no one caught them. Maddox wasn’t sure how many people Alpha Michael brought and didn’t ask. He wanted to see just what was going to happen. Alpha Michael was standing by just in case something were to go south with the exercise but was going to rendezvous with Liam and Maddox at the end when it was time to expose the activity.
