I spent all morning locked up in my office, finishing the new schedules for all the warriors. I also drew up training schedules that Ronin and I could follow in the future. The former Beta agreed to help lead some of the training so Ronin and I could attend to other things. I needed to grasp everyone’s skill level, dedication, and willingness to learn so I could choose who would be the leaders among them and hopefully a new Gamma or Delta.
Everyone was notified of their new assignments before lunchtime thanks to Ronin and Missy’s help. After lunch, Ronin took Sloan to work, and then we did some private training with his Uncle.
