MADDOX Gray took a hesitant seat across from me. I tried to clear my throat, the same feeling of something stuck in my esophagus from a few days ago returning. What the heck was going on? I had to try and ignore the scratchy discomfort in my throat and focus on this Gray and Sadie situation. I brought my attention as fully as possible to Gray, who looked a little off. “You alright?” I asked. He hesitated a moment, then nodded. “I’m still trying to come to terms with you turning into a f*****g wolf,” he admitted. I nodded. “It is a little crazy if you don’t know,” I agreed. “I would like to clarify things for you and answer any questions you have. We also need to discuss your life before this because I don’t need someone to come looking for you.” Gray flinched. “Yea…” he muttered.
