I heard a knock on the door, making me raise my head up.
“Come in, Calvin.” I said, knowing from his scent that he was the one at the door.
He opened the door and walked into my office.
“Alpha.” he bowed.
“You can sit. Tell me what's happening?” I asked him.
“I am here to get your permission to go one paternity leave. My mate is going to give birth anytime soon and I need to be with her all the time. Sorry I can't be coming to the office.” he said.
“It is fine. You need the leave because you have to be there for your mate and your child. I give you my permission, and I hope your mate gives birth in a painless way.” I said to him.
