I walked down the stairs to see Green carrying a tray of pancakes out of the kitchen to the dining, though he looked concentrated on the tray he had in his hands, I could still tell he was distracted.
“Hey” I voiced and he jolted his head up placing the tray down on the dining table. He gave me a forced smile which I returned warmly.
“I was thinking we should have breakfast before we get to work” Green ushered to the dining table, something which Lily would normally do.
