I stood outside, watching the winter sun slowly dip below the horizon. Even though it was crazy cold and I was out here without a jacket, I welcomed the biting wind. I needed it to calm down my anger, which had once again gotten the better of me.
"Hey," Kat's voice interrupted my thoughts.
I glanced over my shoulder to see her standing by the kitchen door, but I quickly looked away.
"Can you please come inside?" she asked.
