The small movement that she felt by her side immediately woke her up. She stirred on the bed with her eyes still closed and turned to lie on her side but the heavy weight on her stomach prevented her from doing so. She frowned and then slowly open her eyes and a small gasp of shock escaped from her lips when she saw Kayne lying shirtless right next to her. She couldn’t remember anything from last night except the part where they were at the restaurant and the rest that have happened was still hazy in her brain. She glanced down and saw his arm draped across her stomach and the thin sheet covering their lower bodies was enough to make her realize that they were both naked.
