"Are you sure this is the spot?" Cathy asked, clearly irritated. "There's nothing wrong in our house!"
"I'm not sure, and that's why we need to check. If we don't test it now, we might have to come back later. It's better to be safe and ensure there are no hidden issues. Frequent inspections can prevent future complaints when there's a power outage. We can't keep up with all the complaints during outages!"
"Fine, just hurry up. This is such a hassle..." Cathy's grumbling voice faded as she walked away.
