As soon as he got to work Tuesday morning, Theo did what he considered his due diligence in looking for a private investigator. He didn’t want to use a large agency, where he’d be one of hundreds of people on their client list. He did want one that came with good recommendations and, hopefully, wouldn’t charge him an arm and a leg. Eventually, he settled on Moore Investigations. They were in the Capitol Hill area, a few minutes’ drive from the travel agency’s downtown location.
