Eli smirked at her as he sat his coffee down, “No ex-girlfriends to worry about with me, rabid fans? That’s a maybe.” He teased.
“I’ve never actually had a girlfriend,” Eli said with a smirk.
Abby raised her eyebrow as she looked at him in disbelief, “For some reason, I have a hard time believing that.”
“I may have slept around, I won’t lie to you about that,” Eli said as he reached over to grasp her hand.
“So, I’m your first girlfriend?” Abby asked in a teasing voice.
Eli’s smile deepened, “I guess you are.” He liked that idea, that she was already beginning to think of herself as his, just as he was hers.
Abby reached for her milkshake with her free hand, “I mean, I’m your first girlfriend if I forgive you.”
“Plenty of time for me to win you over.” He said with a chuck
