After dinner, Ava excused herself, she was spent. I looked around and asked everyone to move the conversation to my private home office. They all nodded and followed me. I summarized Ava´s situation to Mat. “Ava and Roger said that Barry´s aim with Ava was to use her to get the Dragon Realm…” I said and Mat nodded, he was silent…. He was listening with attention.
Carlos squinted his eyebrows, this was the first time he heard about Barry´s plan to take over my crown and people. “I asked Ellie to keep tabs on him, and investigate Rowan… somehow they seemed connected….” I paused and Mat sighed, he pinched the bridge of his nose, a thing he did when he was tired or frustrated.
