After an hour of intense negotiations, the tension in the room finally began to dissipate as the meeting drew to a close. A sense of relief washed over me as Richard Hilton and I exchanged nods of mutual satisfaction, our agreement reached. Despite wanting to call off the meeting after seeing how he stared at Vanessa earlier, I remained composed.
"Thank you for your cooperation, Mr. Hilton," I said, extending my hand in gratitude.
Richard clasped my hand firmly, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "The pleasure is mine, Mr. Black," he replied sincerely. "I look forward to working with you and Diamond Pinnacle."
