Two Months

Vincent had been gone with Kylie and her mates for two months. Kylie kept finding him watching Victor and Anna,
"That's creepy, you know that right?" she asked as she walked inside the dome. "This just isn't good for you."
Vincent looked at her, "I know but, I can't help it." he admitted. "I think I am going back."
"That's a start," she said smiling.
"I should talk to Rosie," he admitted. "Should I come clean to Thor or just let this game continue?" he asked out of the blue.
Katie laughed, "I kind of like him tame."
"How is it that he never figured it out?" Vincent asked laughing.
"Wishful thinking? I just can't believe that Leslie has played along this long. Maybe she really likes him."
As they left the dome and entered the kitchen they were surprised to see Thor and Leslie sitting at the island eating.
"Good morning," Leslie said with a smile.
"How are things?" Vincent asked grabbing some bacon off Thor's plate, getting smacked.
"I'm pregnant," Leslie said grinning at Vincent.
"What?" Kylie said surprised.
"Yup," she said moving her hair to the side. "And marked for real."
"Mad?" Vincent asked looking at Thor.
"I was at first, but, she has calmed me down. Plus I did deserve what I got." He pulled her over and kissed her. "But, getting her and our pup, well, I am happy now," Thor said with a sappy smile.
Thor looked at Vincent, "I like having you around man, but, you, you need to go back and fix your shit."
Vincent nodded, "Yeah, I know."
Victor smiled at Anna as she gripped his hand tightly, she might finally get to leave the pack-hospital. She had gone through several surgeries and in the end, she had finally been cleared and declared tumor-free. Katie and Jason entered the room to talk to them.
"Please just tell me what is wrong," Anna whispered out.
Katie's eyes went wide looking at her.
"Mom, we know you two are dancing around about something, just tell us," Victor said holding Anna tighter.
Katie looked at Jason and back at the two mates in front of her. Before Katie could speak, Jason took over.
"When we went in for the surgery, we found so many tumors that we had to remove a few other things."
Victor's eyes went wide, "You what?"
"You kept insisting something was wrong, you sensed it," Katie said reaching out and taking their hands.
Jason continued, "We had to remove your appendix and one of your ovaries, plus a portion of your uterus."
Anna started crying, "Just say it." she said starting to whimper.
Victor pulled her into a full embrace. "She can't have pups?"
"We can't say defiantly, the chances are reduced." Katie took over.
"I'm so sorry" Anna mumbled into his chest.
"Shhh, don't cry," he said trying to soothe her, tears in his eyes.
"You should just claim Rosie. She can have pups." she continued as he tensed up at the mention of her name. Rosie had been attempting to entice him for the past few weeks and he wouldn't allow it.
"No," he said holding her tighter, "You are my mate."
"So is she," she said wiping her eyes.
"She is Vincent's mate, we will be fine, no matter what," Victor said as he started to stand up.
"You're leaving?" she whispered out
"We're leaving," he said scooping her up.
"Take it easy," Katie said from behind his back.
"We will. Bye Jason, Love you Mom." and Victor walked out, carrying her back tot he pack-house.
"Victor, you are the next Alpha, you need an heir. I might not be able to give you one," she said, her voice shaking.
"Doesn't matter, you are all I need. Besides, trying it half the fun."
Anna gasped and her face turned red. She buried her face into his chest.
"Don't be embarrassed, we are mates," he said laughing. "Besides, I won't touch you until you are ready."
"Really?" she asked surprised.
"Yeah, I had to rush things that night because of what happened the night before. I can wait until you are ready. No pressure. I love you and that is what matters."
"Victor?" she asked as they entered their room and he placed her on the bed.
"Yeah?" he asked as he gathered her clothes.
She looked at him for a minute, "Your bond with Rosie, it didn't break, like mine did with Vincent. Did it?"
He just stared at her, what should he say?
"I didn't think so. She can give you an heir."
"You're MIne," he said after he got eye to eye with her. "I Love You, You are all I need."
"I'm not enough" she whispered out as tears dripped down her cheek.
"You've always been enough," he said wiping the tears off her cheek. "You want a bath right?" he said with a small smile.
"Yeah, but only if you take one with me," she said looking down.
"Of course," he said with a smile. "Only if you're sure."
"I'm sure," she said and he picked her up taking her into the bathroom.
