Primrose Academy (The Deadly Secrets)

Alyssa's POV" We take a long ride and finally I'm here in Primrose Academy. Saglit akong nagpaalam kila mama at papa bago pumasok sa malaking gate ng Academy. This Academy are cover up with high brick walls. "Bye po," The last word that I said to them before I continue to walk inside. Hindi ako gano'n ka excited na dito 'ko mag-aaral sa isang prestigious school. Why? Because this Academy allows the coexistence of all creatures. Do you think they have an equal rights in human like us? I don't think so. Vampires, guardians and witches they have the powers that human like me don't have so how can I protect myself? I'm scared and I feel like a MEAT for them especially on vampires. They like blood and all of us knows that. I'm Alyssa Mendez, their new food? Yes, I know masarap ako. Pero huwag naman sana mangyari ang iniisip 'ko. I'm not ready to die here. I want to have my own family and spend the rest of my life with them. Kaso wala pala 'kong jowa so never mind.  Hasyt, I'm overthinking again. I don't have much information about witches, guardians and vampires. Nag-aral kasi ako sa school kung saan puro humans lang. And Greenhill, my old place that had a lot of memories of my childhood. Puro humans lang ang nakatira doon. But we are protected by the protectors and some white hunters so no one will harm us.  But they cannot protect us all the time. I still remember that in my mind and trigger when I used to hear about vampires. I don't hate them but I don't want to be with them or get close to them. Hindi gaano ka-tirik ang araw ngayon mabuti naman dahil ang haba ng nilalakaran 'ko papasok kulang na lang ay mahabang red carpet dito.  My backpack is so heavy and I also hold my luggage bag in my right hand while my other hand is holding the map of Primrose Academy. Buti na lang at may mapa dahil baka maligaw ako sa laki ng school na ito. There's no student roaming around here. Because its Saturday and I think nasa kanya-kanya silang dorm at nagpapahinga or yung iba naman ay wala pa dito dahil next week pa magsisimula ang Academic year dito sa Primrose Academy. I suddenly stop in front of a women, I analyze her from head to toe and I guess she's in her mid 30 or something. "Hi I'm Anastasia Rivera come with me and I'll guide you to your dorm for humans, Ms. Mendez," she said and started to walk. Rinig na rinig mo ang pagtama ng itim niyang takong sa sahig ng pasilyo. She creeps me out. And I think she's not a human, she turn around to face me and I feel nervous as she looks me in the eyes. "Welcome to Primrose Academy Ms. Mendez, you're right I'm not a human," She smile at me while showing her fangs and I notice that her eye color turn into red.  Yah, a vampire lady. Muli siyang tumalikod at pinagpatuloy ang paglalakad na naudlot kanina. Napahawak ako ng mahigpit sa luggage bag 'ko dahil sa ginawa niya. For sure naman na hindi niya 'ko kakagatin sa leeg at iinumin ang dugo ko habang naglalakad kami papunta sa mga dorm no? One of the policy in this Academy, vampires shouldn't harm other creatures specially human. The most weakest people in this world. Vampires have blood dietary program which is pinapatupad dito, hindi naman siguro nila babaliin ang rule na 'yon. They practice not to drink human blood instead they drink animal blood for their survival and to save the other race. I search it on the website of our Academy but their website doesn't contain a lot of information. Maybe I should go to the library to know a lot of things. Bakit kaya sarap na sarap sila sa dugo, damn! Pangit ng lasa no'n lasang kalawang kadiri. Sabagay we're different nga. Hindi pa naman ako sanay makipagsalamuha sa mga katulad nila same lang din siguro namin sila ng itsura. I've only encounter vampires when I was young but guardians and witches are not. Napatingin naman ako ng magsalita ang kasama kong vampire lady, "The right wing is for the human girls and the left wing is for the human boys here's your key that includes your dorm number, goodluck and restwell Ms. Mendez," She said and gave the key to me. "Room 308." Muli kong tiningnan ang harap ko ngunit wala na ang vampire lady na kausap ko lamang kanina. Maybe she use her vampire ability of speed kaya nakaalis na agad siya. Nagmamadali te may lakad? Hay, I thought she will help me to carry may luggage bag hanggang makarating kami sa dorm ko. Iiwan niya lang pala 'ko dito sa ground floor hallway. Okay fine, sino nga ba naman ako para tulungan di'ba? Char.  There's an elevator and stairs here even I'm scared I still use the elevator. Duh ghorl mahirap magbuhat ng luggage sa hagdan. Baka hindi ako mamatay sa kagat ng bampira sa pagod siguro. I check my map and saw the floor in every dorm. My dorm or our dorm baka may kasama kasi ako naka locate pala siya sa 3rd floor. Wala man lang katao tao pisti!! Pinindot ko na ang elevator papuntang 3rd floor. Iniisip 'ko pa rin at hindi ako makapaniwala na dito na ko sa Academy na ito mag-aaral ng Senior High ko, we're not rich my family are just in a middle class. Pero hindi pa rin afford ang pagbabayad ng ganitong kamahal na school. Pagkalipat namin sa Luna Rover everything was accomplished at ang pagpasok ko na lang ang kulang no'n. Everything was so fast mga dati 'kong classmate noong junior high pangarap nila makapasok dito sa Primrose Academy, sila na lang kaya? Backout na 'ko baka kasi mataas din standard nila sa talino. Hindi naman sa bobo ako pero alam mo 'yon. Basta hindi ko ma-explain bobo na nga lang para madali. Bumukas na ang elevator so I started to walk in the hallway. Super tahimik, dorm pa ba ito o sementeryo? Tinitingnan ko ang bawat room number na dinadaanan 'ko and finally I saw Room 308. Huminga ako ng malalim bago kumatok ng tatlong beses sa pinto. Bumukas na ang pinto kasabay ng pagbuga ng babae sa harap ko ng tubig na iniinom niya. Is that their way to welcome a new student here? "I'm sorry."
