Days had passed, and it was the company's end-of-year honorarium, the occasion happened every year to mark the end of a successful year and the beginning of another. It was usually the biggest event the company held every year. Even though the party happened annually, this year was different because we had made great achievement than the previous years and it had been planned to specially recognized myself and a few others who had performed well over the year.
