Zander drank more wine when he got back to his residence. He’s still pumped up with adrenaline and he needs more liquor to help him sleep. So, when he donned the bottle of wine, he moved to whiskey.
He went to sit on the chair outside his balcony.
‘Why are you drinking when everything went so well?’ Aluzam asked curiously.
‘I have to drink because everything went well. It’s like a little celebration and a way to lower my adrenaline.’ Zander told him, which confused the demon even more.
‘Huh?’
‘We need to lower down our adrenaline or else we might run over to her and claim her.’ Achilles said through his gritted teeth.
Aluzam sighed.
‘Sorry, I can’t relate to the both of you.’ The demon said, and now it was Zander’s turn to sigh as he remembered what happened during their date.
