Shaylene's pov
After my meeting with Santiago ended , I decided to go pack my bags and book my flight back home for tonight. I wanted to surprise Josh by coming home earlier than expected.
When I arrived in LA I decide to give to the restaurant first since it should still be open. I arrived at the restaurant twenty minutes later and I walked in. The place seemed empty but I could see Katy sitting at a table talking to someone. Her back was facing me so she couldn't see me.
I listened to their conversation and recognised Josh's voice. I thought he would be at home by now but I'm guessing he probably came to eat something. I thought of sneaking up to him and closing his eyes from behind him to surprise him but stopped dead in my tracks when I heard what they were talking about.
