Emerson’s POV After a little time sitting in the hospital bed on my own, Dr Brand came in to check my IV and my wound. My IV was empty, so she pulled it out, and when she pulled off the bandage, the wound on my ankle had nearly completely healed. She ran her hand over the faint mark that remained, “Sometimes wolf healing makes my job too easy.” There was a knock on the door, and Cadi came back in with a bag in her arms. “I brought you a hairbrush, some toiletries and some of my clothes. I think we are about the same size.” I gave her a grateful smile, “Thank you.” Dr Brand gestured towards another door in the room, “there is a bathroom through there if you want to shower and change.” I grabbed the bag and headed to the door in question.
